How long before my order is shipped?
At Stockholm Rose Designs, our aim is to ship your order as soon as possible. Each piece is handmade especially for you, so it takes a little time and love to make! You can see our current estimated making time in the announcements at the top of the page. 


How long will it take for my item to be delivered? 
Within Sweden
Free standard shipping is without tracking and you can expect your jewellery to arrive in 5 working days. Tracked and insured shipping can be upgraded and takes 2-3 days.
International shipping
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen. Free standard delivery is without tracking, and can take up to 3 weeks for international delivery. Tracked and insured shipping is always recommended and decreases shipping time to up to 5 working days. 
Can I track my order?
If you upgraded to tracked delivery at checkout, you certainly can. Please see your dispatch confirmation email for your tracking number.
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard worldwide shipping. This shipping is without tracking. You can however upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout! Shipping costs do vary depending on the quantity of items and the price. Please go to your cart to see shipping costs.
I urgently need this order, can you hurry?
Please contact us if you need your order by a certain date and we'll try our best. Make sure you order with the quickest delivery method! 
How will my jewellery be packaged?
All of Stockholm Rose Jewellery is complimentary gift wrapped. It comes in a luxury branded jewellery box made with recycled paper complete with a polishing cloth so you can keep your jewels sparkling!
Your jewellery will be packaged together in the same box. If you need seperate boxes for your jewellery please let us know.  

Returns and exchanges 


Do you accept returns?
Yes! At Stockholm Rose Designs we want you to be happy with your purchase and to walk away wanting more. So if something is wrong, let us know.  You can read our full policy on returns here
Can I cancel my order?
You have 24 hours to cancel your order. Once we have started work on your order, you cannot cancel. Please email us with your order number to ask!
My ring arrived but it does not fit, can you resize it for me?
Of course! Please let us know how we can help by emailing us. We have a resizing fee of 200kr+delivery. The customer is responsible for return delivery.

My jewellery is broken, can you fix it?
If your jewellery arrived broken, please email us within 14 days of delivery. Please see our returns policy
If your jewellery was broken due to wear and tear, or misuse we can repair your jewellery for you at a cost. Email info@stockholmrosedesigns.com, tell us what happened and include a photo of the piece. 
We don't repair jewellery that was not originally made by us.


What about sales tax?
Tax is included in the sales price.
Which payments do you accept?
We accept card payments, PayPal and apple pay. If you would like to pay with bank giro or swish, please get in touch.

Who is Stockholm Rose Designs jewellery made by?
Sophie Butler is the owner and jeweller behind the brand. She moved to Stockholm from England in pursuit of love, and at the age of 21 started Stockholm Rose Designs. Sophie has a background in Wildlife Conservation, and huge passion for the environment. She dances and drinks too much coffee while making orders at the bench. When not working Sophie loves to spend her time outside exploring this amazing world and playing board games while drinking cocktails.

We love receiving and making custom orders. Send us your idea! All of our custom orders have a 1000kr deposit which is non-refundable.

What metals do you use?
We mainly use Argentium Silver®, Sterling Silver and Solid 9ct Gold. We use recycled or fair-trade metals wherever possible. 
What is Argentium Silver®?
Argentium is an alloy of silver and germanium. The germanium in the alloy makes for a very shiny, bright and hypo-allergic silver. It's not only the finest sterling, but it's also made with recycled metal! It's a total dream to work with.
Is all of the metal you use recycled?
With full transparency, no! Sophie has spent many hours searching for the ethically sourced metals currently used in Stockholm Rose Designs jewellery.  Almost everything is recycled, apart from the chains, and ear posts/backs. The great news is however, that we are confident we have some of the best sources for our silver and gold!
What is Fairtrade Gold?
Fairtrade gold is gold which has been mined without exploitation of gold miners. The gold industry has a cruel past, and fair-trade allows us to be be confident in the fact the workers have not been negatively impacted by the gold we use. Fair-trade miners are given a fair wage and good working conditions! Sophie is very proud to be a fair-trade certified jeweller.
